Aisha Pandor

Aisha Pandor, PhD, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pandora Health, a company dedicated to creating an AI-driven precision health platform for women with chronic conditions. Aisha also serves as Co-Founder and Director at SweepSouth, an online platform for home services. As a Venture Partner at E4EAfrica, Aisha invests in African founders leveraging technology for social impact. Previously, Aisha was a Board Member at BusyMed, focusing on improving access to pharmacies, and worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture, specializing in management consulting and performance management. Aisha holds a PhD in Human Genetics and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the University of Cape Town, where Aisha was recognized as Class President and awarded multiple class medals.
