Kathy Bradley

Kathy Hostetter Bradley serves as the Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at Sweet Briar College since July 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Kathy previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Westminster Canterbury Lynchburg, overseeing a diverse community of over 425 team members and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple service areas. Kathy's career includes roles such as Director of Employee Relations and Recruitment at American Healthcare, LLC, and Human Resources Manager at Kendal at Lexington, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Kathy began a career in human resources at Des Champs Laboratories and worked as a Civil Rights Analyst for the Virginia Department of Transportation. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development and Management from Eastern Mennonite University and has completed a Senior Living Leadership program at Virginia Commonwealth University.
