Bailey Blu Smith

Bailey Blu Smith is currently serving as a Technical Fellow at the Roundabout Theatre Company, participating in a professional theatre training program focused on various aspects of theatrical production. Concurrently, Bailey holds a position as Backup Hospitality Manager at Sweet Hospitality Group, overseeing concessions and bar staff at the New Amsterdam Theatre while monitoring inventory and customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles as Concessions & Bar staff at the same venue, an Audio Intern at Oh Mary! on Broadway, and a Live Audio Engineering Intern at WFUV Public Radio. Bailey began a career in administration as an Administrative Assistant at The Social Study, contributing to data management and content creation. Education was pursued at Fordham University.
