Nandhitha Indermohan

Nandhitha Indermohan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sweet Karam Coffee since March 2025. Prior to this, significant experience includes a tenure at Unilever from May 2012 to April 2025, where roles included Global Planning Excellence Director - Material Planning Excellence, responsible for optimizing operations with over 20 billion Euros in spending, and Global Planning Excellence Manager, focusing on centralizing material planning operations. Nandhitha also held positions such as Senior Customer Service Manager South and Regional Logistics Manager, managing extensive supply chain and logistics operations across Southern states in India. Earlier experience includes a Master’s degree from the Indian School of Business and a role as Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. Nandhitha holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
