Cara Lundy

Cara Lundy's work experience begins in 2018 as a Swim Instructor at Water You Wading For, followed by a role as a Receptionist at Great Clips Inc. in 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Food Service Worker at the University of Iowa hospitals and clinics. Starting in 2022, Cara held various Brand Ambassador positions at companies such as Naked Nutrition, No Cow, Lamington Co., Primal Kitchen, and Purely Elizabeth. Concurrently, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa, where they observed the effectiveness of diet quality on clinical outcomes for participants with Multiple Sclerosis.

Cara Lundy's education history begins in 2015 when they attended Marist High School in Chicago and obtained their High School Diploma. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of Iowa and is expected to graduate in 2023 with a B.A. in Interdepartmental Studies, specializing in Health Science-Multidisciplinary Science. Cara also pursued a minor in Communication Studies during their time at the university.

Furthermore, Cara has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they became a Certified Nursing Assistant after completing their training at CHICAGO'S PULSE CPR TRAINING, INC. In June 2017, they earned their CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, along with completing training in Lifeguard & Water Safety. Additionally, in June 2023, they acquired their Open Water Scuba Diver certification from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
