Kendall Nelson

Kendall Nelson is a Senior Upstream Developer Advocate at Open Infrastructure Foundation, a position held since January 2021, following previous advocacy work for OpenStack from August 2016 to January 2021. With experience in software engineering at IBM, focusing on OpenStack Cinder and os-brick as a project reviewer and contributor, Kendall has built a solid foundation in software development. Additional roles include internships at eLumen™ Collaborative, LLC, AT&T, and work as a bookseller at Barnes & Noble. Educational achievements comprise a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Science from Normandale Community College, complemented by a high school diploma from the Academy of Holy Angels.
