Stacey Minor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stacey started their career as a Senior Research Biologist at Monsanto Company, where they focused on crop transformation and gene testing. Stacey then moved on to Lab-Aids, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager and Regional Training Manager in the Midwest. At L'Oréal, Stacey worked as a Laboratory Consultant.
In 2009, they joined MicroTrain Technologies as the Director of Workforce and Professional Development, where they championed career development services and cultivated employment relationships. Stacey later transitioned to Career Education Corporation, first as a Project Manager for Alumni Engagement, where they developed e-learning programs to increase career placement activities, and then as the Director of Career Services at Sanford Brown College, overseeing the success of the Career Services Department.
Stacey's next role was at Job Ready Chicago, where they served as a Senior Consultant and Owner until 2019. During this time, they provided consulting services and assistance to job seekers. Stacey then joined Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. as an Executive Coach, Training Facilitator, and Project Manager, where they provided outplacement training and consulting services to clients affected by organizational transformations.
In 2018, Stacey became the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at ONEADEM Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer and Farmer In Chief at Sweet Potato Patch-Chicago.
Throughout their career, Stacey has shown expertise in training and development, project management, consulting, and leadership roles. Stacey has a strong background in career services and has utilized tools such as Successfactors to measure outcomes and set goals.
Stacey Minor attended the Joseph Business School from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Business Management with a focus on Business Administration. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 1999 to 2000, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) but did not complete the degree. Stacey also completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Life Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 1995. Stacey completed their secondary education at the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences from 1986 to 1990.
