Sean McQuillan

Sean McQuillan has extensive experience in supply chain management. Sean started their career in 2014 as an Import Export Coordinator at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. In 2016, they joined Royal Mail as a Graduate Operations Manager and later became a Delivery Office Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to JLA Ltd, where they served as a Supply Chain Operations Manager and then as a Supply Chain General Manager until 2021. Currently, Sean is working at Sweet Squared as the Head of Supply Chain.

Sean McQuillan attended Leeds Trinity University from 2023 to 2025, where they obtained an Executive MBA in Senior Leadership. Prior to this, they studied at The University of Huddersfield from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management. Additionally, they completed a Yellow Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma in 2019.
