Matthew Barnes is an experienced engineering professional with a background in process and project engineering. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Sweet Street since March 2017, Matthew focuses on integrating new manufacturing technologies to enhance product quality while minimizing costs and waste. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Project Engineer at Armstrong World Industries from December 2011 to February 2017, where significant contributions were made on various capital projects, including the establishment of a ceilings plant in China. Previous experience includes positions at Henry Molded Products Inc. as a Process Engineer, at Exelon/Oyster on nuclear power plant instrumentation improvements, and as an MEP Design Engineer at Burt Hill International Studios, addressing HVAC and plumbing challenges. Matthew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College, earned in 2008.
