Paul DeForest has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Paul started their career as an Associate Engineer at Kraft Foods Group, where they optimized nut manufacturing processes and resolved product breakage issues. Paul also led the introduction of new SKUs for a Health & Wellness platform. Paul then moved to PepsiCo, where they served as an Operations Supervisor, managing corn packaging and processing activities. Paul emphasized team development and achieved excellent results in safety, quality, cost, and service. Following this, they joined Nestlé Waters North America, holding various roles such as Operations Supervisor, Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and Construction Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for production line maintenance, facility management, and overseeing the installation of manufacturing equipment. Currently, Paul is working at Sweet Street as the Director of Engineering, where they oversee engineering operations.
Paul DeForest attended Cornell University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering.
