Lauren Baierl

Lauren Baierl is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in buying and account management. Since January 2021, Lauren has served as a Wholesale Account Associate at Sweet Water Decor, LLC. Prior to this, Lauren held various positions at rue21 from December 2015 to January 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Assistant Buyer. Lauren's experience also includes working as an Assistant Catering Manager at Georgetown Cupcake and as an Assistant Buyer in the Youth Apparel division at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Earlier internships at Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, Trends to Traditions, and Merrill Lynch provided foundational experience in event planning and financial services. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
