Melissa Horvath

Melissa Horvath is the Owner and Designer, CEO of Sweet Water Decor, LLC, a motivational brand established in 2014 that specializes in wholesale and retail gifts, overseeing all operations, product design, and marketing. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Financial Analyst at FedEx Ground, where responsibilities included forecasting revenue and providing financial insights to management. Previous experience also includes roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where Melissa progressed through various positions, ultimately serving as an Assistant Buyer for women's and youth golf apparel and golf equipment, focusing on sales analysis and inventory management. Melissa began their career as a Tutor for FIN 420 at Penn State University, where Melissa provided academic support in finance. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Marketing from Penn State University.
