Gemma Hayes

Gemma Hayes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, communications, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Order Fulfilment at Sweetgrass Cannabis since January 2019, Gemma also holds the position of Medical Care Coordinator & Administrative Lead at the same company, an organic cannabis producer in British Columbia. Previous roles include Investor Relations Specialist and Head of Communications at Brain Racers, Lodge Manager at RETALLACK, Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Peak Well Systems, and Business Development Executive at Petrofac Training Services. Gemma holds two Master of Arts degrees in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen.
