Vicky has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with roles in patient relations, office management, and practice management at various medical offices. Vicky has a proven track record of operational expertise, relationship building, and business growth strategy. Currently serving as the Practice Manager at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery, Vicky has played a key role in growing the practice to 80 employees and treating over 500 patients weekly across 5 locations.
