Anthony Miranda

Anthony Miranda has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having worked as an Assistant General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2012 to June 2020, and currently holding the position of General Manager at sweetgreen since June 2020. In their current role, Anthony manages day-to-day operations, strategizes business needs, and ensures sales building ideas, recruiting, hiring, training, food quality, and safety practices are up to standard. Additionally, Anthony successfully achieves all P&L budgets and addresses facility issues while managing COS/COGS and scheduling for both managers and team members.
