Javier Marcos

Javier Marcos is an accomplished general manager with extensive experience in the food service and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Head Coach (General Manager) at sweetgreen since February 2023, Javier drives key performance indicators and manages a team of over 40 members. Prior to this role, Javier held positions such as Multi-Unit General Manager at Pret A Manger, where a team of 50 was overseen, achieving top sales records in the USA. Javier's career also includes roles in business development, international project coordination, and sales management across various organizations in Latin America. Eduardo holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from ENEB and a licentiate degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
