Patrick Dowd is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance, licensing, and supply chain management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Licensing Manager at sweetgreen since September 2023, Patrick held the position of Alcohol Compliance & Licensing Manager at Shake Shack prior to that. Experience also includes roles at Eaton Hemp as Supply Chain Manager and Director of Compliance at Fleishers Craft Butchery, where oversight of licenses and permits was paramount. Patrick has worked in various capacities across multiple organizations, including sales and operational roles, and holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Vermont, with additional studies at the University of Kent.
