Akram Murad

Akram Murad has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Akram'smost recent position was as Operations and Production Head Chef at Sweetheart Kitchen, where they started in January 2022. Previously, they worked as a Sous Chef at the same company from August 2020 to December 2021. Prior to Sweetheart Kitchen, Akram was a Sr. Chef De Partie at Sweetheart Kitchen from August 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they worked as a Demi Chef De Partie at Royal Catering Services L.L.C. from May 2018 to August 2019. Akram'scareer began at InterContinental Jordan, where they served as a Commis ll from May 2017 to May 2018. As a starting point in their culinary journey, Akram was a Trainee at InterContinental Aqaba-Jordan from October 2016 to April 2017.

Akram Murad's education history begins with their enrollment in the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2022, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, Akram obtained a Diploma of Education from Les Roches with a focus on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management. Prior to their Diploma, they completed their high school education at AL – ZARQA HIGH SCHOOL, earning a HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, Akram obtained a certification in Financial Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in September 2022.
