Hila Schick

Hila Schick has extensive experience in operations and business development within the food industry. As Chief Operating Officer for SWEETHEART KITCHEN in the MENA region from June 2018 to February 2024, Hila played a key role in global business development. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Green Summit Group, LLC, overseeing four locations with over 150 employees and generating $10MM in annualized revenue. Hila also held the position of Director of Business Development at Hudson Bread, successfully opening a new location and increasing sales by 10% weekly. Additionally, as Director of Operations at Blue Radish Group, Hila managed $12MM in gross sales across seven locations in New York City, focusing on all operational aspects from staff management to food quality and safety.
