Michael Tausek is an accomplished executive-level manager with over 20 years of experience in correctional and non-profit settings. They currently serve as the Director of Recovery Services at Sweetser, leading the overall direction of the Recovery Services Program. Tausek has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Commissioner of Community Programs and Community Partnerships at the New York City Department of Correction and Deputy Warden at the Maine Department of Corrections. With a strong background in program development, operations, and budget management, Tausek has consistently demonstrated success in providing programs and services to at-risk individuals. They hold a Juris Doctor in Criminal Law from Western New England College and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at the University of Southern Maine.
