Wes Osier

Wes Osier is an experienced brewmaster with a robust background in the brewing industry. Currently serving as Brewmaster at Urban South Brewery since September 2015, Wes also has an ongoing role as Brewer at SweetWater Brewing Company since August 2013. Prior to these positions, Wes gained valuable experience as a Brewer at Terrapin Beer Co. and Coors Brewing Company, where significant contributions were made to the Delta-V project involving advanced brewing technology. Initially starting the brewing career at Abita Brewing Co., Wes has developed extensive knowledge of brewing processes. Wes holds a Master Brewer Certification from the Siebel Institute of Technology and a diploma from the Siebel Institute of Brewing Science, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Mississippi.
