Paul Johnson has an extensive background in the construction industry, starting as a Commercial Carpenter at Carpentry Construction and eventually owning their own company, Master Builder Construction, Inc. Paul has experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator, working on various projects ranging from building and estimating vehicle dealerships to constructing facilities for Bristol-Myers Squibb. With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona, Paul has a wealth of knowledge and skills in the construction field.

Established in 1974, and operating as Sweetwater Construction Corp. since 1988, the firm is headquartered in Cranbury, NJ and guided by a proven Management Team with a client-centric business philosophy. Sweetwater’s Founder, Ronald C. Witt, Sr. (1944 - 2017), was a retired Commanding Officer and Captain with the United States Naval Reserve. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, and served for 27 years on active duty and in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
