James Gamett

James Gamett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity and healthcare services. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Living Waters Charitable Foundation since December 2021, and Founder and Managing Partner of Sweetwater Private Equity since January 2016, James focuses on small secondary market investments and GP liquidity solutions. Previous roles include serving as a member of the Board of Directors at HeatGen, Co-Founder and President of Madison Creek Partners, Partner at StepStone Group, Vice President at Portfolio Advisors, and Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP. James holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University, complemented by executive education in Investment Management from Harvard Business School.
