Dr. Kristal Walker

Dr. Kristal Walker, CPTM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Employee Wellbeing at Sweetwater, a position held since December 2020, and was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Employee Wellbeing at the same company. Additionally, Dr. Walker is an Instructor at Training Industry, Inc. since April 2020 and has served as a Board Member for RemedyLIVE from March 2021 to July 2024. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix (2005-2011), a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from Springfield College (2003-2004), and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College (2001-2003).
