Dylan Hodges

Dylan Hodges has extensive experience in both technology and music leadership roles. As a Senior QA Analyst and Information Technology Business Analyst at Sweetwater from August 2020 to October 2025, Dylan focused on software project management utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at Blackhawk Ministries since February 2025, Dylan also takes on the role of Worship Associate, contributing to worship leadership and music directing. At The Pointe Church from September 2020 to November 2024, Dylan excelled as Music Director, responsible for leading a vibrant music ministry. Dylan holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Trine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Franklin College, where involvement included being a 4-year football team member and participating in a fraternity.
