Joshua Gustin

Joshua Gustin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and business operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Operations and formerly as Senior Vice President of E-commerce & CRM at Sweetwater since December 2011. With a career that began at Encore Music Company, Inc. / Folkcraft Instruments, Inc., where Joshua worked as an Information Technology Specialist from April 1999 to November 2011, significant contributions included the development of a website content management system catering to over one hundred e-commerce sites and the creation of a "Customize Your Own Instrument" feature. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Purdue University Fort Wayne, obtained in 2005.
