Alice Washington

Alice Washington has extensive legal expertise, currently serving as General Counsel for SweetWork since June 2021. Washington's career includes significant roles such as Of Counsel at RGP until January 2021, where past positions included General Counsel and VP of Legal & Legal Operations. Washington has also contributed to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an Advisory Board Member since 2005 and served on the board of Safe Kids Georgia from March 2015 to January 2020, supporting initiatives to prevent childhood injury. Other notable experiences include senior legal positions at Wachovia Bank, Burlington Industries, and Wachovia Corporation, as well as earlier roles at Womble Caryle Sandridge & Rice LLP and Piedmont Airlines. Washington earned a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech.
