Andreas Örje Wellstam

Andreas Örje Wellstam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Andreas began their career at Accenture as a Senior Manager in the Strategy practice, specializing in growth strategy, operating model design, and IT strategy. Andreas then joined Investment AB Latour as the Director of Business Development. Following this, they served as a Member of the Board for Diamorph AB, a company specializing in advanced material solutions.

Wellstam joined Swegon Group and held several leadership roles, including CFO and Vice President of Business Development. Andreas was also the Vice President of BA Home Solutions and M&A, overseeing residential ventilation and driving M&A activities. Andreas then became Vice President of BA Cooling and Service, responsible for cooling and heating solutions for HVAC applications. Most recently, Wellstam served as the CEO of Swegon Group.

In addition to their roles at Swegon, Wellstam has served as a Member of the Board for Kognic, a technology company, and Chairman of the Board for Move Management AB, an organizational development consultancy.

Andreas Örje Wellstam attended various educational institutions throughout their life. In 1994, they enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology and pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Marketing and Strategic Management. Andreas completed this degree in 1999. During their time at Chalmers, they also took courses at the University of Gothenburg in German and Psychology from 1997 to 1999. In 1998, they participated in an exchange program at UNSW, where they took various postgraduate courses. In 2019, they attended INSEAD for a short-term executive education program called "The Challenge of Leadership" in Top Management.
