Elina Karlsson has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Elina started their career as a Customer Service Representative at ProJob Workwear AB in 2005 and then worked as an HR Generalist at Brady Converting AB from 2008-2009. Elina joined Latour Industries International AB in 2009 and held positions as a Payroll & HR Administrator and later as an HR Specialist & Payroll Manager until 2013. Elina then worked as a Customer Service Manager at Specma Seals from 2013-2014 before becoming a Payroll Manager at Latour Industries AB from 2014-2015. Following this, they worked as an HR Manager at Specma Group from 2015-2016 and currently holds the role of Compensation and Benefits Manager at Swegon Group since 2016. Elina was also promoted to the position of Human Resources Director at Swegon Group in February 2020.
Elina Karlsson earned their Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Umeå University, completing their studies between 2001 and 2005.
