Henrik Paulsson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Henrik started their career in 2005 at IBM as a CSC representative. In 2006, they moved to ESBE, where they worked as a Product Coordinator until 2011. From 2011 onwards, they joined Swegon Group and held various marketing roles, including Product Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and currently as Marketing Director since September 2020.
Henrik Paulsson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History from the University of Gothenburg, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Msc degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management at Lund University from 1998 to 2003.
