Jaana Kytöluhta

Jaana Kytöluhta has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of the HR Business Unit for Predefined Air Handling Units and Director of HR for the Residential Business Unit at Swegon Group since September 2015. Prior roles at Swegon Group include HR and Safety at Work Manager, along with previous positions at Swegon Suomi and Swegon ILTO Oy as an HR Specialist and Payroll Specialist. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator/Financial Manager at FSE, Secretary at KMS Kaarina Oy, and an Accounting Assistant at Silja Oyj. Jaana Kytöluhta's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Turku University of Applied Sciences and a diploma from MIF.
