Xavier Marlier

Xavier Marlier has a wide range of work experience in various leadership roles. Xavier started their career as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1998 to 2002. Xavier then moved to IBM Global Services as the Manager of Post Merger Integration from 2003 to 2004. After that, they worked at SWIFT as a Finance Manager and later as the Product Management for Investment Funds from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, Xavier became the CEO of TRAXXEO and also served as a Board Member until 2012. Xavier then worked as an Interim Manager at various companies before joining A2BM - Accelerate to be Master as a Partner in charge of business and HR development from 2012 to 2014. Xavier served as the CEO and Commercial Director at P. Lemmens Company SA from 2014 to 2019. During the same period, they also worked as the Managing Director at Swegon Benelux. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Sales Officer and is a member of the Group Executive Committee at Swegon Group.

Xavier Marlier completed their education at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1993 to 1998, earning a Master of Science degree in Business Engineering. In 1997, they attended McGill University for a short period, pursuing an MBA with a focus on Strategy & Finance. Prior to their time at Solvay, Xavier obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - Université de Liège, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Xavier's secondary education took place at Athénée Royal Gembloux from 1985 to 1991, where they completed their Latin Math studies.
