Malin Pettersen has a long history of work experience. From 2002 to 2021, they have held various roles at different companies. Malin started at Aspmyraklinikken AS in 2002 as the Marknadschef. Malin then moved to SATS Bodö in 2004 as the Verksamhetschef. In 2008, they became the Key Account Manager at Extensor AS. From 2010 to 2014, they held two roles at Innovativ Vision AB as the Inköps och produktionsansvarig and the Marknadsansvarig. Malin then moved to Sofidel Sweden AB in 2014 as the Customer Service Manager/Key Account Manager. In 2018, they became the Marketing and Sales Director at Dynamic Code AB. In 2020, they became the Owner/Founder and Jetboard instructor at Rimforsa Jetboards. In 2021, they became the Owner/Founder at MOWE Consulting and the Head of Customer Success at Swegreen.

Malin Pettersen began their education in 1997 when they attended Linköpings universitet, studying Psychology. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Kalmar University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing. Malin then attended Linköping University from 2001 to 2002, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Företagsekonomi 4, intriktning strategi och internationellt företagande.
