Diego Felipe Aponte Vargas is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Investment Director at SWEN Capital Partners since February 2015, with a focus on growth financing and financial structuring. Additionally, Diego is a thesis supervisor and lecturer in the Executive MBA & MSc in Finance programs at emlyon business school since March 2020, as well as a guest lecturer on green finance at École des Ponts ParisTech since January 2021. Previously, Diego held the role of Investment Manager at OFI Asset Management from May 2011 to January 2015 and worked as a Hedge Fund Analyst at NewAlpha Asset Management from May 2010 to April 2011. Diego's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and various executive education programs from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford, with a Master’s in Banking & Finance from Aix-Marseille University and a Bachelor’s from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
