Laetitia Gombaud-Saintonge

Laetitia Gombaud-Saintonge is an experienced investment professional specializing in ocean conservation and venture capital. Currently serving as Investment Principal at SWEN Capital Partners since July 2021, Laetitia manages a €170m impact fund focused on addressing ocean overexploitation, pollution, and climate change in collaboration with Ifremer. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Investment Associate and Investment Associate at The World Bank, Operations Consultant at Bain & Company, and various internships in venture capital and private equity at firms such as Eurazeo and Bpifrance. Laetitia holds a Master in Management with a focus on International Business from HEC Paris and is pursuing further education in Nature-based Solutions to Global Challenges at the University of Oxford.
