Brian Schoonover

Brian Schoonover is a seasoned production and plant manager with extensive experience in operational management across various companies. Currently serving as Production Manager at SWEP since April 2024, Brian previously held the position of Plant Manager at Propak Corporation and Filti, where responsibilities included implementing standard operating procedures, managing inventory, and overseeing employee delegation to ensure timely shipments. Brian has a background in manufacturing management from Chandler Engineering, where activities involved establishing production and quality control standards. Prior experience includes serving as Assembly Plant Manager at GAVCO Plastics, overseeing cost-effective production processes, and as Crew Chief for the Oklahoma Air National Guard, responsible for the maintenance of F-16 Fighter aircraft. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
