Linda Sima

Linda Sima is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent and organizational development, currently serving as an HR Partner at SWEP since October 2023, where responsibilities include reviewing and implementing global HR processes. Previously, Linda held roles as an HR Business Partner for EMEA and led People Operations at Min Doktor, focusing on strategic HR support and process optimization.
