Liselotte Andersson

Liselotte Andersson is an experienced professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at SWEP since March 2023. With a strong focus on talent development strategy, performance management, and leadership within APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, Liselotte designs and delivers innovative learning experiences. Previous roles include Head of Group Learning & Development and HRIS at Heimstaden Sweden, where responsibility encompassed creating a global learning organization and enhancing employer branding. Liselotte also held significant positions at E.ON Sverige, Jefferson Wells Sverige, BackUp Personell AS, Logica, and Pharmacia, contributing expertise in employer branding, change management, and HR management. Liselotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Organization Development/Change Management from Malmö University.
