Jason Leabman

Jason Leabman is an experienced professional in corporate recruiting and consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Recruiting at Springs Window Fashions since April 2018, after joining the organization as a consultant. As the Chief Consulting & Recruiting Officer at JL Recruiting Solutions since December 2014, Jason specializes in contingency search and consulting services for small to mid-sized businesses. Prior to these roles, Jason held key positions at Robert Half Executive Search as Managing Director and Recruiting Manager, as well as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alliant Energy, where responsibilities included comprehensive recruitment across multiple business units. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering & Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
