Max Lipari

Max Lipari is a Product Design Engineer at Springs Window Fashions, overseeing the complete product development cycle from conception to shipping since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Data Engineer and Research Analyst at SPMB Executive Search, where Max identified top candidates and developed research strategies. As a Project Manager at Epic, Max managed teams in the installation of enterprise software for 17 hospitals and ensured interoperability across systems. Max also served as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the University of Michigan, educating residents through DEI programs. Additional roles include Mechanical Design Engineer at Expanse Med, Sales Associate at Shinola, Mechanical Engineer at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, and Head Instructor at Grapevine Sailing.
