Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Smith is currently the Chief Financial Officer at SW Global. Prior to that, they served as the VP Finance and Corporate Controller at NanOlogy from 2015 to 2021. Chief was responsible for the financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and accounting functions at the company. Prior to NanOlogy, Ms. Smith served as the VP Finance and Corporate Controller at DFB Pharmaceuticals LLC from 2012 to 2021. Chief also served as the VP Finance and Corporate Controller at Phyton Biotech from 2012 to 2021. Ms. Smith began their career as a Chief Financial Officer at JSW Real Estate Investments, LLC from 2010 to 2012.

The Chief Financial Officer has a Master of Philosophy in Economics and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business as well as a BA in Economics-Business from University of California, Los Angeles. They are also certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Chief Financial Officer reports to Business Strategy & Growth, GBD. Chief Financial Officer works with Head, Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance - RMRC, Business Development - MBD, and Company Secretary & Legal Adviser - CSLA. Financial Reporting & Accounts - FRA, Investor Relations - IRO, and Financial Planning - FPO report to Chief Financial Officer.
