Sang chual Cha has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Sang chual began their career in 1999 as a Co-founder and CTO of Dream To Reality. In 2008, they moved to KB Data System as a Senior S/W Engineer in the Internet Banking Team. That same year, they also worked as a Senior S/W Engineer in the R&D Center for TOBESOFT. In 2009, they were the Working Group Chair for OMG. In 2010, they joined RBC as a JEE Technical System Analyst & Data Analyst. In 2013, they became an IT Specialist for TD. In 2015, they were a Sr. Software Developer in the Quality Task Force Team for PointClickCare. In 2016, they became a Software Development Engineer & Application Security Certifier for Amazon. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Principal Backend Software Engineer for Common Wealth. In 2022, they became the Head of Engineering for swIDch Ltd.

Sang Chual Cha received a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence from Hongik University between 1997 and 1999. Sang chual then went on to get a BSc in Computer Science from Sejong University between 1990 and 1996. In 2005, they completed an ESL Course at the University of Sussex. From 2006 to 2007, they attended EBS M-Society MBA for Business Administration and Management, General. In 2009, they obtained an ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board and in 2020, they obtained an Amazon Application Security Certifier certification from Amazon.
