Susan Carbiener

Susan Carbiener, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Swift Communications, Inc. since December 2016, Susan oversees comprehensive HR services including onboarding, training, and benefits administration. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at Bently Enterprises, where responsibilities encompassed executive management and project management for multiple business units. Additional experience includes HR Manager at Bently, where HR services were provided to over 150 clients, and earlier positions at Snap On Tools and American President Lines covering finance, pricing, HR, and marketing. Susan holds an MBA in Business from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
