Kat Conlon

Kat Conlon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and organizational development. Since April 2017, Kat has served as the Senior Director of Programs & Organizational Development at Swift Current Energy, following roles as Director and Programs Manager within the same organization. Additionally, Kat has been a Master Instructor at The Bar Method since June 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, where responsibilities involved managing the conversion of financial data across multiple funds to a portfolio management software system. Other roles include working as a Portfolio Management Coordinator at ArcLight, a Sales Assistant at Laundry by Shelli Segal, and a Sales and Marketing Associate at EDRESSME.COM. Kat began the professional journey with an internship at Betsey Johnson. Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Elon University, obtained in 2008.
