Amy Archer

Chief Operating Officer at Swift Group

Amy Archer has extensive work experience with Swift Group Limited. Amy began their career with the company in 2002 as a Parts Administrator before quickly progressing to the role of Team Leader - Dealer Support in 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they served as a Dealer Support Manager, overseeing support for the company's dealers. Amy then transitioned to the role of Head of Customer Services from 2009 to 2011, before being promoted to Customer Services Director from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Archer took on the position of Deputy Managing Director and currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer, starting in October 2022.

Amy Archer attended Beverley High School from 1994 to 2001. Amy obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Hull, studying from 2018 to 2021.
