Persis Karai

Persis Karai is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Swift since June 2017, currently serving as Lead Human Resources Specialist. Prior positions at Swift include Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to joining Swift, Persis worked as a Project Assistant (Records) at Ofcom for a fixed term contract from October 2016 to June 2017. From January 2008 to August 2016, experience at RBS encompassed roles such as Records Manager, Senior Client Service Associate, Client Service Associate - Project, Team Manager - Project, and Customer Service Associate.
