Christina Ward

Christina Ward is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a diverse background spanning roles in leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as Director/Senior Recruiter at Swiftsparrow, Christina previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at The Digital Bench, a company that specializes in providing Data & IT Consultants. Prior to that, Christina spent over a decade at Vertex Resourcing, where roles included Business Manager, Consultancy Team Leader, and Head of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Christina has entrepreneurial experience as the Director of The Refill Larder, a packaging-free retail venture. Early career experience includes sales roles at Protocol Skills and Handleman. Christina holds an MA in Film from Solent University and a BA in English Literature from the University of Southampton.
