Amanda Gruzwalski

Amanda Gruzwalski has worked in the photography industry since 2012. Amanda began their career as a Freelance Photographer/Retoucher for Gruz Photography, where they collaborated with various brands and garnered repeat business due to their strong retouching, lighting, and stylizing skills. In 2014, they took on two freelance roles, working as a Freelance Photographer for Stewart Photography and Pulp Detroit. At Stewart Photography, they photographed portraits and action shots and had the ability to operate a studio or natural light settings. At Pulp Detroit, they styled, photographed, and retouched for the company's social media. In 2016, Amanda became a Photographer / Digital Artist / Social Media Specialist at Naturally Photography. Here, they built authentic relationships with clients, managed the portfolio site and social media accounts, and was an acclaimed digital artist. Most recently, in 2021, Amanda began working as a Senior Photographer & Retoucher for Swig Life. In this role, they photograph, retouches, and catalogs product and lifestyle photography for use in marketing across all platforms, implements and manages digital asset management, and creates a streamlined photo editing process that adheres to current brand standards.

Amanda Gruzwalski obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Photography from the College for Creative Studies between 2011 and 2014. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "Mastering Common Interview Questions" and "Social Media Marketing Foundations". In 2019, they obtained an "Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Design Using Adobe Photoshop" certification from Adobe.
