Heidi Payne

Heidi Payne, PHR, is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Training and Development at Swig. Since founding Heidi Payne Consulting in 2010, they have led significant educational initiatives at Entrata and Purple, where they shaped learning and organizational culture through innovative programs and employee engagement strategies. Previously, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at STS Early Childhood Learning. Heidi is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, alongside Bachelor's degrees from Revans University and Utah Valley University.
