Ramasubramanian K is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as AVP - HR at Swiggy since September 2018, Ramasubramanian leads initiatives focused on the future of work, oversees HR for multiple business units, and enhances People Analytics capabilities. Previously, Ramasubramanian held positions at Flipkart, where responsibilities included setting up an OD charter and embedding organizational values, as well as consulting roles at Accenture Strategy and Vodafone India. Ramasubramanian began a career in engineering at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited before transitioning to HR, supported by a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy.
